Intel for Clean Energy

If we as a globe want to achieve climate security. We will have to drastically change how we view, create, and use energy. The issue with taking any sort of initiative to address the world's future has been thwarted by those who control, and use massive amounts of energy. That pattern is no different than here in Oregon. There is a lobbyist group in the veins of the Salem decision making process, called the Industrial Consumers of Northwest Utilities (ICNU). They pretty much just lobby for low energy prices, without regard to the strength you gain by diversifying your energy production, or regards to the state of globe. Their paychecks are being written by the large industries in the northwest that use a lot of energy, ex. Weyerhauser, Boeing Air, and your local Eco Friendly Intel Plant.
If Intel wants to portray itself as an ecofriendly, employer of Oregonians, we would be glad to spread that reputation, as long as their lobbyists are on the side of just and clean energy solutions. Solutions that will supply Oregon with clean energy, secure the future of Intel's energy, and help support the global movement of cleaning our air.
